The breakfast was very good, and so were all staff, reception, catering, housekeeping, etc. Modern hotel, very clean. The rooms were adequate and very clean.

Nice full fresh breakfast (eggs, bacon, salami, cheeses, muesli, nice coffe machine bagels etcetc) Nice longe, friendly stuff. The pool is good to have (not swimmable but great to cool down) The gym have nice machines (life fitness), tv, drinkable water, fresh towels inside the gym, and the AC system is perfect all the hotel. Big screen in the rooms with, international chanels. The terrace is ok, but not as nice as the lounge inside. FREE FAST WIFI ALL THE HOTEL..so. it was a nice stay. 100% recommend.

Wanted a hotel that was comfortable, allowed our pet dog to stay and within easy drive to Tesla Supercharger.. This fitted the bill. Car parking was on site and secure...we had a roof box. The staff were friendly and helpful. we were able to take our breakfast to our room as they don't allow pets in the dining room understandbly. There is a mall within 10 minutes walk for food and shopping. There is also an Aldi to the side of the mall. highly recommend the sushi restaurant on the way to the mall near the Aldi. Room facilities good with USB chargers for phones. shower good.

We chose this hotel because of its location close to the airport. One of our trips was delayed so we realised we would be stranded in Madrid, so booked online the same day without any problems. The hotel is about 4 miles from the airport and is ideally located if you need to be at the airport for an early flight. The room was nicely decorated in a modern style, with a lovely bathroom and a very comfy bed. Everything was clean. We had a room facing the road but it is a quiet side-road and there was no intrusive sound from outside. Breakfast was included and was either a continental or cooked breakfast. We chose the cooked breakfast, which was buffet-style and very good quality. Being a Sunday, people get up late here, so breakfast was a lively event which wouldn’t suit someone recovering from last night’s hangover! All-in-all a good choice, and would definitely stay again.

I was traveling around Spain/Portugal with my 2 kids (14 & 19). We stayed in Madrid 1 night to catch an airplane at 6 AM. The rental car return lot was 15 minutes from the hotel. Hampton made a picnic since we needed to leave before breakfast was available. Rooms were clean and comfortable for the one night we needed to do our final packing.

Adjoining rooms were awesome. Breakfast amazing. Coffees and juice included. Bacon and eggs, plus continental was so good. Beds amazing. Fridges we’re great and were empty so we could fill them from our trip to carrefour.Definitely going back on return. Showers very powerful and hot water a plenty.

Staff are really friendly, rooms clean, beds comfortable and the breakfast has everything you need. Swimming pool is small but enough to refresh yourself in summer and the best is the area besides it where you can have food and drinks

The room was nice and clean with very comfortable beds. The hotel had everything you need including a pool, fitness center, and restaurant with some options available 24 hours. Breakfast was amazing. Parking was easy and the staff was helpful.

We just stayed one night, dogs allowed and places for walks are around. Breakfast is good, restaurant in the evening not recommended - to expensive and dull options of food... better go to the malls 10min away by food.
